Beef Jerky Homemade.

Ingredients: 15 - 20 lbs Thick London Broil Sliced in Strips. Around 1/2 Gal burgendy wine. give or take. 2/3 of a bulb of garlic. Depending on the size of bulb After cleaning clove. turn knife sideways onto garlic smash and crush before cutting in pieces. Coarse Sea Salt. Black Pepper I like to spray some pan coating on the racks. Top and bottom. It keeps the meat from sticking and cleanup easier.
