This is a project we have taken up in Sobha Althea and this apartment happens to be on the ground floor with private garden. The project type is a full house interiors. The design was provided by us and execution being done by OSP. This 3BHK house has almost every aspect of the design factor covered in. The client happens to be a voracious reader and hence we kept in mind to provide sufficient storage space around the house. The living room happens to have a huge TV unit with bottom drawers and outside finished with contrasting colors of veneer. A part of the TV unit wall panel also will hold a glass painting that will add a very nice look to the over all unit. There will be a book rack too which will be fixed on a higher level and will serve to store only rarely used books. Adjoining to the living room is the french window that opens into the private balcony and garden. Here is where the customized shoe rack would come along with granite sitout. The dining room is where the big crockery unit is placed which houses many glass shelves that can be used to keep crockery and it is showcased well because of the glass doors and tempered glass top on top of the crockery unit. A central space is left out in order to accommodate a nice painting on top of which a spot light is already fixed. On the opposite side is a customized bar unit that has granite top for preparing drinks and also glass shelves to house the wine glasses. A 2.5' space is left out for a mini bar fridge. This is ...
